Creating a Strengths-Based Campus at Mizzou
As a member of the Mizzou community, your daily interactions with colleagues and students in the classroom, meetings, or in one-on-one appointments provide you with multiple opportunities to create a campus culture focused on strengths.
Over 4,000 faculty, staff, and students take CliftonStrengths for Students every year, and it has been incorporated into academic curriculum, advising practices, athletics training, and multiple student affairs divisions.
